About the Ministry

JustLead is an urban, church-based youth leadership and after-school ministry developed by the Emerald Youth Foundation in Knoxville, Tennessee, designed to minister to and empower young people in their neighborhoods.

JustLead combines after‑school care, mentoring, discipleship, and youth development to help students reach their God‑given potential. Programs include tutoring, homework help, health and nutrition education, field trips, service opportunities, Bible study, and faith‑based activities designed to build strong character and lasting relationships with Christ.

How You Can Partner with JustLead

  • Volunteer your time by mentoring students, assisting with after‑school programs, or supporting special events.
  • Donate financially to help provide educational resources, meals, transportation, and program support for local youth.
  • Pray for students, families, and leaders as they invest in the next generation across Knoxville.
  • Provide snacks, school supplies, or other needed resources for children participating in JustLead programs.
  • Spread the word about JustLead and help connect more students and families with its life‑changing programs.
